Returns and damage policy

If for whatever reason you wish to return something bought, then you may do so within a month of purchase on the condition that no wear or damage occurred. The cost of postage will not be refunded.

If a customer wishes to swap an item, have an item resized or metal re-plated then extra charges will occur unless the fault lies with the studio.
