Custom rings and made-to-order necklaces can take up to to 2-4 week to make. All pieces are hand made by me in my studio in South London, so slight differences may occur in hand made chains etc.

We do not accept returns. However, If you are unhappy with your piece, you can ship it back to us and we can modify when possible or find a solution for you. Please note that we are unable to resize any rings with gemstones in. Damage or wear to gold plating can be re-plated, but the cost will be covered by the customer
