Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, all items from the collection are made-to-order, and please allow 3-4 weeks for production. If interested in any pieces from the unique collection please email for more information, price is available on request Some items are held in stock so please email studio@matildalittle.com with any questions

Orders within the UK are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery. An option to pick up the order from central London is also available.

International orders can either be sent with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (4-6 days) or DHL Express (2 days). Delivery outside the UK may be subject to customs and import tax, this is the responcibilty of the customer. Please check the import conditions of your country.

Returns

All items are made-to-order to the customer's specified measurements, therefore we only except returns in the case of faulty or defected items.
